The Villa Floridi, renamed Casa del Sole, is rented to the U.S. Nicholas F. Brady. On the death of Anne in 1932, the House of the Sun passes to his son Nicholas . After the
untimely death of the young Count-actor, for his last will and testament, the House of the Sun becomes, together with some land and rustic underlying assets of the Foundation Piccolomini (1943).
